Fensa Building Regulation Certificate of Compliance
We are a FENSA Registered Window Joinery Company and as such will arrange for the Building Regulation Certificate of Compliance to be issued following any window/door replacement. This document confirms that the work carried out is fully compliant with current Building Regulations and is also needed to help calculate the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for your home. The EPC is now required when a property is sold or rented out.
