We are a specialist FENSA registered company that offers a bespoke service to meet the following:
Compliance to current Building Regulations
Compliance for Conservation and Listed Buildings
Adapting to customers individual criteria
Upgrading windows and doors for heat retention, noise reduction, security and safety, low maintenance etc.

We are a FENSA Registered Window Joinery Company and as such will arrange for the Building Regulation Certificate of Compliance to be issued following any window/door replacement. This document confirms that the work carried out is fully compliant with current Building Regulations and is also needed to help calculate the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for your home. The EPC is now required when a property is sold or rented out
FENSA stands for the Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme. Following Government encouragement, FENSA has been set up by the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) and other industry bodies in response to Building Regulations for double glazing companies in England and Wales.
Window Energy Ratings
We are a recent member of the Certass self-assessment scheme. All replacement sash windows or doors must comply with current building regulations for thermal performance standards and must be fitted by an installer who is registered with Certass or a similar body.
As we only install our own Timber products, so we can guarantee compliance.
We guarantee that all work is installed and completed to meet current government building and strict health and safety regulations.

Our U value calculations are fully in accordance with the requirements of the new building regulations. The external audit carried out by Thermal Rating Register and the U value calculations we provide will fully demonstrate compliance with part L Thermal Performance of windows and doors.
