This ensures that all our customers are able to make an informed decision in their own time and without obligation.

For those wishing to undertake the ground work, building etc. We will provide the necessary ground plans to ensure that we are all working from the same drawings.

10 year lifetime warranty which is transferrable to any new owners of the property. Insurance backed through Lloyds. Deposits covered by indemnity backed guarantee for peace of mind from the moment you place an order with us.
After Sales Care
We are not a franchise for windows made elsewhere in Europe. Because our bespoke joinery is made and installed by us, our after sales care when required, is both quick and efficient and not at the mercy of sub contractors or overseas delivery schedules. We arrange a courtesy service call after 1 and 5 years.
Energy Performance Certificate
All homes marketed for sale in England and Wales will need a Home Information Pack (HIP). A key component of the HIP is the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), which will rate the home’s energy efficiency.
As a FENSA (Fenestration self assessment) registered company we will arrange for the necessary building regulation documents regarding Heat Energy Conservation (Doc. Part L) to be sent to you following installation. This will assist you in upgrading the heat energy performance rating of your property and will provide the required documentation that the window installations are fully compliant with building regulations.
